What is the size of the CGM?

The CGM is 0.22 mm in diameter and weight 0.22 gms. Once applied it is unnoticeable. 

Is the CGM waterproof?

Yes, the CGM is waterproof. Showering and swimming do not affect your CGM. Deep sea diving is not recommended.

Can I exercise with my CGM?

Absolutely, your CGM will continue to track your blood sugar levels every 5 minutes during your exercise. Get an accurate understanding of your body's metabolism during exercise.

Is the CGM data accurate?

Our CGM has been calibrated and tested against standard laboratory measurements. Continuous measurements are taken from just beneath your skin and are accurate. Measurements can be affected by pressure applied to the CGM, certain medications and hydration levels. 

Do I use my iPhone to track the blood sugar?

Unfortunately, we do not support MAC OS at this stage. We are currently developing our app for MAC and it will be available in the near future. Please email us your interests and we shall inform you when it is ready. 

Can I use it to adjust my insulin dose?

Our CGM can be purchased without a prescription and can be used to modify your lifestyle. It is not authorized for monitoring of diabetes or adjusting medications including insulin. Please consult your doctor if you have diabetes or are using insulin.
